Prices:

Per day apartment Primo A season: 76 Euro  B season: 60 Euro

Per day apartment Terzo A season:  86 Euro  B season: 76 Euro

Electricity: Both apartments are equipped with heat exchangers that provide heating and cooling. During the A season, there is rarely a need for heating, and due to the construction of the house (thick walls), cooling is only necessary to a limited extent. Electricity consumption is billed separately.

Bed linen, dish towels, and towels are included in the price.

Final cleaning: 300 DKK (mandatory)

I am happy to provide information on prices for renting during "irregular" periods (i.e., if not rented from Saturday to Saturday).

When renting both apartments simultaneously, I offer a 10% discount. Renting one apartment for 2 weeks also qualifies for a 10% discount.

For renting one apartment for 3 weeks or longer, additional discounts can be arranged.

Payment:

Upon reservation, an initial deposit of 1,000 DKK is required, which should be transferred to my bank account.

The booking is only valid once the amount is received in the account.

Please notify me via email or SMS when the amount has been transferred to my bank account.

The remaining balance/second installment is due no later than 2 weeks before the rental period, or immediately if there are less than 2 weeks left until the rental period.

Any electricity consumption to be paid will be settled upon departure.
