Rental terms and conditions

Reservation

Please inquire by phone or email about the days/week/weeks you wish to rent an apartment. The minimum number of days is 4.

Once I have confirmed that the desired period is available, I kindly ask you to make a deposit/first installment (130 Euro) into my bank account within 3 days. The payment should clearly indicate the name of the depositor.

At the same time, please send me an email stating:

- That the deposit has been paid

- Name

- Address

- Phone number

- Rental period

- Number of people

- Any requests for linen, etc.

This finalizes the reservation, and I will send a confirmation via email.

If you prefer, bookings can also be made via Airbnb.

Cancellation

If you cancel up to 30 days before the rental period, the first installment and any paid second installment will be refunded.

If you cancel within 7 days before the rental period, the second installment will be refunded.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Keys to the house and the apartment are available in a key box at the property. The location of the key box and the code will be provided a few days before arrival. Since you retrieve the keys from a key box, there is technically no latest arrival time, but for the sake of the neighbors, it is appreciated if you arrive before 10:00 PM.
